Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has announced its ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’, a comprehensive customer engagement program for commercial vehicle customers. Scheduled from 14th January to 30th March 2024, this initiative will take place across all authorised Tata Motors service outlets across the country. The Customer Care Mahotsav will serve as an ideal platform for rich engagement with the fleet owners and truck drivers to understand their requirements and emerging trends. It will also offer a host of benefits to the customers like – meticulous vehicle check-ups by trained technicians, attractive discounts on select range of Tata Genuine Parts and access to value-added services such as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) and Fleet Edge, among others. Drivers will benefit from comprehensive training on safe and fuel-saving driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits and value propositions designed specifically for them under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
